Welcome to 888ef (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 888ef is an online betting and gaming platform operated as an English-language service and designed primarily for use by players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and 888ef. They apply to all activities conducted through the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino play, slot games, crash games and the use of any promotional offers.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are of legal age to gamble as defined in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law; and
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on 888ef, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly adults-only. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under any form of legal guardianship that restricts their financial decision-making are not eligible.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. 888ef does not provide access to users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and it is your responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• No conflict of interest: Persons employed by 888ef or its affiliated service providers, or who hold a material interest in the outcome of events offered on the Platform, are not eligible to register.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Any information provided must be truthful; submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 888ef will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to protect your credentials adequately. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15.

4.2 KYC Verification

888ef reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — may include proof of identity (such as a national identity document), proof of address and, in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied. We reserve the right to suspend an account or withhold funds pending completion of the verification process.

4.3 Account Security

Where available, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You acknowledge that 888ef may implement additional verification steps — such as email confirmation for unusual login attempts — as part of our standard security protocols.

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage or disrupts normal service;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other activity designed to exploit promotional structures or manipulate event outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime;
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity during the KYC process;
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases or internal systems without authorisation;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or technical faults in the Platform — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture; and
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards support staff or other users.

888ef reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, at our sole discretion.

888ef supports a range of deposit options that include methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as bank transfers (for example via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), digital wallet references (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast) and cryptocurrency channels (including BTC and USDT where permitted). These are referenced as illustrative examples only.

6.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• 888ef does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• PKR is used for display purposes; the actual processing currency may vary depending on the payment method used.

6.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, except where an alternative method is required and approved through KYC verification.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. 888ef targets prompt processing but cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
• 888ef reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing funds above certain thresholds.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings converted from Bonus Funds in accordance with applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

888ef offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback deals and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and other categories may contribute at different rates, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Abuse prevention: 888ef reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if abuse of the promotional system is detected, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, participating from restricted jurisdictions or engaging in low-risk staking patterns designed to clear bonuses without genuine risk.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, if applicable, will be stated in the promotion terms.

888ef offers a sportsbook covering Pakistan cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series), international football, UFC and combat sports, basketball, tennis and virtual sports, as well as a casino section featuring slots, live dealer tables, crash games and other categories.

8.1 Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's stated odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• 888ef reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, suspended or subject to irregularities that affect the integrity of the market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. Latency and technical issues may occasionally prevent in-play bet acceptance; no liability is accepted in such circumstances.

8.2 Casino & Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages may be displayed for informational purposes and are not guaranteed returns.
• Games may be suspended for maintenance at any time. Incomplete game rounds are generally resolved on resumption; if this is not technically possible, stakes on the incomplete round may be returned.
• The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from a User's misunderstanding of game rules. Users are encouraged to review game instructions before wagering.

888ef is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

The Platform is strictly for adults. Users must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Age verification is applied as a standard part of the KYC process.

All content on the 888ef Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, trademarks and game content supplied by licensed studios — is the intellectual property of 888ef or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The "888ef" brand name and associated visual identity are proprietary to the Platform. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888ef and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to the User's failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events or causes beyond our reasonable control;
• The legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction — users bear sole responsibility for jurisdictional compliance; and
• Any third-party content, services or products linked to or referenced by the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, our total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or suspicious betting patterns have been detected;
• An account is found to have been registered with false identity or age information;
• A User is determined to be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which access is prohibited;
• A duplicate account is discovered; or
• Closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where an account is closed at the User's request, any verified Real Money Funds balance (net of pending bonuses) will be returned through the withdrawal process, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

888ef reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888ef holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of your country of residence.
